Ash Wednesday is a Day of Fasting and Abstinence for Catholics (no meat & no more than one normal meal + 2 half-meals, no snacking; exceptions can be made for health reasons)
No Confessions or Adoration on Ash Wednesday.
Throat Blessings for the St. Blaise (Fri, Feb. 3) will be given at the end of the morning Mass, at the end of the evening Mass, and between 12:30-1pm.
