Compliance with diocesan EIM policies is required of all clergy, sisters and brothers, seminarians, employees, and adult lay volunteers serving in ministries which require EIM compliance.

To be compliant, one must have an account with VIRTUS.org, attend one initial live training, complete online refresher training ever three years thereafter, and consent to a background check every three years.
