- The following is the process by which to have an event or room reservation at St. Peter Catholic Student Center. Any outside organizations wishing to reserve our space should contact the front desk at 254-757-0636.
- 1. Room Reservation & Event Request
  
  If you are reserving a room (for any purpose), wishing to table in the Narthex, or need to reserve a space for an event, please complete our Room Reservation and Event Request form.
- For Student Ministries (if applicable)
  
  2. Submit Advertising Media
  Once your event is approved, you may submit your advertising media in these formats to [email protected].
  
  3. Request Reimbursement
  If you have been approved for reimbursment regarding a ministry event, please complete our reimbursement form.
